What is Aupair?
"Aupair" is French for "on par," reminding host families that, although an employee, their international visitor is to be treated as a member of the family. An aupair is a young person who spends time abroad in order to learn a foreign language and a foreign culture whilst living as part of a family in a foreign country. In return for full board, lodging and pocket money, aupairs agree to help with the children and perform light household duties. Aupairs become full-fledged family members, sharing a cultural exchange experience which often leads to a lasting relationship with the host family.
We have been arranging au pair placements through international agents. Our aim is to improve international understanding of different cultures by promoting au pair programs.
We provide a unique service and works in a different way from most other companies and organizations as we select our aupairs carefully and place them with carefully screened families through our international agents. This allows us to find the right au pairs for the right families.

Criteria for Aupairs:
- Basic Language Course
- SLC passed
- 1year of working experience
- Age limitations within 18-27years

Live-in caregivers are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities in private homes without supervision.
